Pageant Alert for directors
A free app that reaches your contestants on pageant day and keeps your list between seasons. It does not touch your registration, it does not cost anything, and there is nothing to cancel.
What you actually get
- Your list, across every season. Every girl who ever signed up for any of your pageants, in one place. In January you invite all of them — or just the ones who came back before — in one tap.
- Pageant-day messages that arrive. Room changes and timing shifts go straight to her lock screen, and to her mother’s phone too.
- Read receipts. You see who has read each message, and separately who is genuinely unreachable, so you phone two people instead of worrying about sixty.
- One-way, always. No reply box. Your phone stays quiet on the one day it has to.
- Deadlines and call times that send themselves. Type the interview order once; each girl gets her own alert before her turn.
- A draw. One button, a spin the room can watch, and every draw logged so you can answer a question three weeks later.
What it costs
Nothing. There is no paid tier in Pageant Alert, no card at signup, and no contract. It is free for you and free for your contestants.
What it does not do
- It does not send text messages. Push notifications and email. If texting is specifically what you need, our guide on texting contestants lays out honestly what the services cost.
- It does not run your registration. Keep your entry form exactly as it is. Pageant Alert takes whatever registration produced.
- It does not score or judge. Different job, different tool.
- It cannot unsend a notification. Nothing can. You see the exact subject and audience before it goes.
- It only works for US pageants. Addresses, phone numbers, and dates are handled in US formats, and pageant discovery runs on US ZIP codes. A pageant outside the US would get a product that quietly mangles all three, so we’d rather say so.
Getting started takes about a minute
- Create your pageant — a name and a date is all we ask.
- Answer one question: where are your contestants now? Drop in a file, paste a spreadsheet, type twenty names, or just take your link and let girls sign themselves up.
- That’s it. Your first screen shows three things: your list, send a message, run a draw.
No card. Nothing to cancel.
